PREP 5 MINS          I            COOK 5 MIN             I              MAKES 18 Small balls


  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 scoop protein (vanilla, caramel)
  • 15 medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp pepitas
  • 2Tbsp water
  • Good pinch of salt
  • Extra coconut for rolling.


  1. Blend cashews in food processor until chunk form
  2. Add all other ingredients, blend until formed.
  3. Pour extra coconut into separate bowl.
  4. Roll mixture into balls, roll in coconut.
  5. Freeze to set.
