BIG MAC’S

PREP 5 MINS                          I                 COOK 10 MIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Maca
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 cup cashews
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 Tbs PB
  • 2 Tbs desiccated coconut
  • 1 Tbs Rice malt syrup or SF Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place cashews in a food processor and blend until they are small chunks
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until the mixture begins to form. You may need to add some water if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Roll into Big Mac balls !
