
PREP 5 MINS I COOK 10 MIN
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1 scoop protein
- 1 cup cashews
- Dash of salt
- 1 Tbs PB
- 2 Tbs desiccated coconut
- 1 Tbs Rice malt syrup or SF Maple syrup
- 2 Tbs dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Place cashews in a food processor and blend until they are small chunks
- Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until the mixture begins to form. You may need to add some water if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll into Big Mac balls !
