INGREDIENTS

  • Whole grain wrap
  • Tuna or salmon tin
  • 1 Tbsp. plain chobani yoghurt
  • Handful baby spinach
  • Half an avocado
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare all ingredients to fit in the wrap. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
